We are looking for a number of candidates to join us as Research Fellows and Research Affiliates this summer to contribute to our activities and become involved in establishing the Center for Space Governance. During this period, we will be mapping the landscape of space governance, preparing a first version of our research agenda, and organizing a retreat in Washington.
Applications from all backgrounds, experiences, and nationalities are welcome. Candidates can either work remotely or be based in Washington D.C., New York, or Oxford for in-person meetings. We are not able to sponsor work visas for these positions.
Research Fellows
You will be working with us on a part-time basis from August to October to map the landscape of space governance and prepare the Center’s research agenda. You will also have the opportunity to be connected with experts in space policy from our network and help to shape the organization’s focus areas and strategy. We will be providing each of our Fellows a stipend between $2,500 and $10,000 to support their work, depending on level of experience and contribution.
Research Affiliates
You will be joining our team on a flexible basis and will be invited to contribute to the Center’s research activities where valuable. You will also have the opportunity to publish an article or paper on our website. Affiliates will typically already be engaged in research that is relevant to space policy at another institution, adding to the diversity of perspectives in our team.
